for the GlobauxSource Partner Summit 2023:

  1. What is the GlobauxSource Partner Summit? The GlobauxSource Partner Summit is an annual event for partners and customers of GlobauxSource to network, learn about venues, new products and services, and gain insights on industry trends.
  2. When and where is the Summit taking place? The Summit will take place on May 15-17, 2023 at Hilton Tulum Cancun, Mexico.
  3. How do I register for the Summit? Registration will go live in January by invitation only for customers. Partners/Suppliers must also be invited. At this time, we only have a few spots left. Please contact pmccain@globuauxsource.com
  4. What is the cost of attendance? The cost of attendance for customers is “hosted”. Early bird pricing and group discounts may also be available for our Partners/Sponsors.
  5. What is the agenda for the Summit? The agenda for the Summit will be announced closer to the event date. It will include a special keynote, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.
  6. Can I arrive early or stay later than the event dates: Yes, you may REQUEST early or late arrival by either selecting dates in registration and or via text box during registration making the request if your dates are not available. You will be charged for those nights outside of the event dates and must pay for them at checkout. If you are unable to see your preferred dates to select, please reach out to your GS contact, and we will help confirm your dates quickly.
  7. Will there be any accommodations for attendees with disabilities? Yes, the hotel is fully accessible and accommodations can be made for attendees with disabilities. Please contact the GlobauxSource team for more information.
  8. Will there be any opportunities to exhibit or sponsor the Summit? Yes! This event would not be possible without our Partner/Sponsors. Please contact the GlobauxSource team for more information on available packages. 
  9. Can I bring my spouse or guest to the Summit? Yes, guests are welcome, however, there is a fee, and attendance at specific events within the Summit are limited. You will find more details once you start registration.
  10. Will there be any social events or networking opportunities during the Summit? Yes, there will be several social events and networking opportunities throughout the Summit.
  11. Will I be reimbursed for airfare? Yes, airfare reimbursement is available, see rules within the registration. Registration is capped at $500.00 for those eligible. Booking prior to March 1, 2023 is recommended.
